Q1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value.

Q3. How can I check if Carter’s India delivers to my pincode?

You can check delivery availability by entering your pincode in the pincode serviceability tool on any product page. If we don’t deliver to your pincode today, please check back later as we continue to expand our service areas.

Q4. How can I get my order delivered faster?

At the moment, we don’t offer express or expedited delivery services. Once available, we’ll notify customers whose areas are eligible.

Q5. How do I create an account on Carter’s India?

Click on “Sign up”, and enter your mobile number for verification. Fill in the required details to complete your registration.

Q6. How do I check the status of my order?

Go to the “Orders” section under the main menu on our website, app, or mobile site to view your order status.

Q7. Can I change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once they’ve been placed.

Q8. Can I modify the shipping address after placing my order?

No, once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If your order hasn’t been packed, you may cancel it and place a new one with the correct address.

Q9. Can I cancel my order? How?

Yes. Go to “Orders” section of our website or app, select the order and item you want to cancel, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Q10. I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
  • COD orders: No refund is needed since you haven’t paid yet.
  • Prepaid orders (Card/UPI/Net Banking): Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days after cancellation.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and all major credit & debit cards.

Q12. How will I detect fraudulent emails or calls seeking personal information?

Carter’s or our logistics partners will never ask for confidential details such as your card PIN, CVV, passwords, or transaction OTPs.

If you receive any suspicious calls or emails, do not share any information and report it immediately to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

You can return or exchange items purchased from Carter’s within the specified return/exchange period mentioned on the product detail page.

Yes, we accept exchanges within the applicable exchange period. Please visit your “Orders” section to initiate an exchange.

Q16. I have created a return request. When will I get my refund?

Refunds are initiated after successful pickup and quality inspection. Once processed, you can expect the refund within 5–7 business days.

If a pickup service is unavailable at your pincode, you can self-ship the item to us using a reliable courier service.

Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

Before shipping, kindly contact us through the Contact Us section with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process and share the correct return address. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed as per our policy.

Q18. Why is my returned product re-shipped back to me?

If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing original tags, it will be sent back to you. If you do not accept the re-shipped item, you will not be eligible for a refund.
