At Carter’s India, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. To ensure complete transparency, please find below the details of our shipping policy.
All deliveries are free of cost, irrespective of the order value or payment method. However, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders up to ₹5,000. in value.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your delivery location and the type of product ordered:
- Bangalore: 1–2 business days
- Metros: 2–4 business days
- Non-metros: 4–7 business days
If you are unavailable to receive the shipment, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. Should all attempts be unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.

You can track your orders easily through the My Account section:
- Sign in to your account.
- Navigate to Order History.
- Select View Details for the relevant order.
- Click on the Tracking Number for real-time status updates.
